returns

collecting is a swap-and-trade hobby, so i keep returns simple and fair.

change of mind

if you buy online you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. let me know by dm on instagram or through the contact form, then send the item back within 14 days of telling me.

• cards must come back in exactly the condition they were sent – same sleeve, toploader or slab, undamaged
• graded slabs must be unopened, uncracked and match the cert number listed
• sealed product must be fully sealed
• you cover the return postage – please send tracked and insured, as the item is your responsibility until it arrives back with me

once it's back and checked, i'll refund you within 14 days. if an item comes back in a worse condition than it was sent, i may reduce the refund to reflect that.

not as described or damaged in transit

if something arrives damaged or isn't as described, message me within 48 hours with photos and i'll sort it – replacement, full refund including postage, or a fix we're both happy with.

trades

trades agreed directly with me are final once both sides have received their cards.

this doesn't affect your statutory rights.
